Snow Plow Saves The Day

I came across a drift so deep and long there wasn’t any chance of me driving the rig through it.  Fortunately I didn’t have to wait long for this plow truck to show up and open the road up.  Delivery was an hour late but arrived in tact and not stuck in the ditch. –QBall45

Tracks

I always love seeing my tracks in the snow.  They reveal exactly what it takes to maneuver a rig into a spot for uploading.

Multiple GPS’s

One can never have enough GPS units when there’s fresh snow on the ground. –QBall45

Go By Truck

Rain or shine.  Sleet or snow.  Even in darkness we American Truckers move the freight that keeps America going.  Remember to thank a trucker for the things you by at the store.  Without em you’d have nothing.  –QBall45

Making Tracks

I always enjoy seeing my tracks on damp gravel.  I always feel like I’m cranking the wheel a lot more than what it appears that I actually do.

Thunder Storm In Iowa In January?

This is certainly some crazy truckin weather. I’m just pleased to be parked at my delivery destination prior to this weather rollin in. Thunder & lighting to boot. .@QBall45

Snow?

Yesterday Minnesota and surrounding states were fairly well pounded by stormy weather.  High winds and heavy rain were common across much of the state. (I originally wrote this back on April 16,2012 and apparently forgot to publish it. Oops!) The weather man predicted snow overnight.  I thought “yeah right it’s middle if April.”  Much to … Read more

Snow in Central Minnesota – Are you prepared?

The first real snow of the season appears in Central Minnesota today. This is earlier than expected though not unusual. Are you prepared for winter? I know I’m not even close to being prepared. It’s time to get things ready for the long winter ahead. @QBall45
