After initial activation my Inc2 worked great. All functions worked as they should until I left Minnesota and hit North Dakota. The Issue Outgoing calls show “00151” in front of any number dialed from contacts list. This caused me to be unable to make outgoing calls. Incoming calls were unaffected.
