Yesterday , I took a road trip with the Mrs and three of our four kids (the oldest had to work) to Mankato, MN to deal with a few errands. The true reason for this trip wasn’t the errands but rather the fact that I wanted to pay my respects to the fallen soldiers who’s names appear on The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. The 80% scale replica Traveling Wall has been on display in Mankato at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Stoltzman Road since Thursday. After grabbing lunch with Mom and Dad we all chased a few errands and then made the run down the hill to Stoltzman Road to The Wall.
The following are but a few of the many pictures I took.
The Wall is back in Mankato. You will find It available and open 24/7 at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Stoltzman Road in Mankato.
I’ll be sure to take and post my own pictures this weekend after my visit with The Wall.
