After initial activation my Inc2 worked great. All functions worked as they should until I left Minnesota and hit North Dakota.
The Issue
Outgoing calls show “00151” in front of any number dialed from contacts list. This caused me to be unable to make outgoing calls.
Incoming calls were unaffected.
Solution
Go to Settings > Call > Assisted Dialing > hit the Menu button > Edit > change National Number Length from “10” to “9” > Save > Done > escape out to the Home Screen.
VZW tech support wasn’t much help solving this issue. I had recalled reading of this issue and solution somewhere online and I’ll stand up and say it works.
